Nine months ago, Mike Williams walked into head coach Doug Marrone's office and quit the Syracuse football program. Five months ago, he was a second-day draft pick after underwhelming scouts at the scouting combine. Today, he is the No. 1 wide receiver for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
