Tiger Woods will once again tee it up Thursday at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational played at Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio.

This course has some narrow fairways and is long, so accuracy is a big factor at this beautiful memory-laced course in the heart of America.

Tiger Woods is not my Yahoo Fantasy Golf starter this year.

Steve Stricker is my favorite to win this week, and is my starting A-player while Tiger has been benched. Say it isn't so, Mo!

I will use J.B.Holmes one last time this season as my B-player. He has been chosen 10 times this season, and has been very productive.

Lee Westwood is my other starter this week along with the steady Matt Kuchar, who never misses a cut it seems.

Retief Goosen is a back up along with Louis Oosthuizen, who I will activate with any breakdown by the starters this week in Akron.

This tournament is a tune-up for the PGA Championship to be played next week at Whistling Straits-Straits Course in Kohler Wisconsin.

Y.E. Yang is your defending PGA Champion and has not been heard from much this season on the PGA Tour, so this thing should be wide open.

Anyone's tournament to get hot and win the brass ring is coming in 10 days.

See me next week fot those picks.

Does anyone think a major winner this season can get it done again?

Can Tiger Woods regain any relevancy on the PGA Tour?

Can Phil be a factor next week?

These and other pressing questions will be answered in the next two weeks as we head for a classic golf course and then the last Major of the 2010 golf season on the PGA Tour.

Yours humbly. Thomas [NFL Mikee] Moreland
