Dubz is thinking…

I can’t decide which I am more excited about… the fact that fantasy football season is just around the corner, or the fact that Brett Favre is reporting to camp! Are you sensing my sarcasm? I hope so. Did we learn nothing from Joe Montana in KC? Are you looking for an Elway finish? Go ride your ATV and when you find yourself bored, build a play fort out of STACKS OF CASH… leave the Packers alone dude.

Anyone else feel like Chad Johnson is the poor man’s T.O.? Who does he think he is Corey Dillon? Shut up and do something deserving, your still on that list of mine… you know the list. The smelly one. I would rather draft T.J. anyhow.

I think that there needs to be some kind of amendment to the way we play fantasy football. One that accounts for RBBC(s)… am I wrong? Like a spot where you can place 2/3/4 RBs and gain all the points made (as long as they are on the same team) You know, a RBBC slot. It is getting to the point where too many teams are going to that, and its screwing up my Sundays. What do these guys think football is for anyhow… winning games? Whatever happened to fantasy football and a lone starting RB. Geeeeeeeez.

Anyone else wondering if Michael “The Burner” Turner is just another hyped up Atlanta RB that will fizzle into ANOTHER RBBC type situation (just like every other year in Atlanta since Jamal Anderson)? I hope I’m wrong, but I will let you draft him and then you can tell how dumb I was… I will feel a lot better that way. ATL already got me last year on that whole Norwood thing. If it all turns out the way I think it will, see above comments about changing the rules to help out RBBC owners (I think you will see it my way).

Cowboys all the way? If you live in Texas, like myself… you hear NOTHING else. I am not a Cowboys fan, but I have to admit, those guys do look strong, and not only that - they played the free agent game as well as anyone this offseason. How ’bout them Cowboys? It is going to be a looooooong season of hearing Cowboy fans talk about Romo & Jessica and how she is “screwing up our playoff chances”… **shakes head**

What if I am left with the choice of Frank Gore or Larry Johnson… as far as RB1 goes… I may just drink until my time is up. Hopefully with enough liquor in me, I can make a choice. I can just see it now… **hiccup** I take… Chris Cooley **hiccup**. FAIL.

I don’t mean to be a downer, I am excited for the season to start just like everyone else. I’m getting thirsty just thinking about it. Some say fantasy football is ruining football and what it stands for. We like to call those people… baseball fans. Quit gripin’… get a hobby already. I got mine.
