Tiger Woods is my A- player in Yahoo Fantasy Golf this week, and will finish top five this coming week.

Bank on it, like the Sun rises in the East, and the waves endlessly pound the shores of every ocean.

Tiger Woods will perform on the world golf stage this week starting early Thursday morning in St.Andrews, his self professed favorite golf course on the planet.

In case of abject failure, Steve Stricker will be waiting in reserve, ready to take up the slack of poor putting,or errant tee shots by Mr. Woods.

I believe Tiger will show us some good iron play, and some missing putting that will have to reappear for success.

In the B positions will be Lee Westwood who rises up in Tiger attended events, plus Retief Goosen, who likes this intenational stage as well.

On the bench in reserve for the B-players will be the very capable Geoff Ogilvy and Padraig Harrington.

My C-player will be Justin Rose of course, who is a steal in the C position with my season, having never used Rose previously.

I can use Justin Rose in the next nine events he plays as my C-player. That's sweet!

My back up C-player will be Tim Clarke, fresh off a sixth at the John Deere Classic.

THis is one of the strongest teams I've assembled for Yahoo Fantasy Golf and I will keep you posted on my progress this week at the Open.

Especially for this tournament, I like this line-up.

I have one Yahoo expert to pass, then I am ahead of them all for the season. 50 points or less seperates Matt Romig and myself .

I am coming for my Yahoo job, Matt, better shape up.
