The Numbers Game It's All About the Benjamins…
November 13 would prove to be the biggest date to look forward in boxing. With negotiations of Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. almost ironed out it looks like the dream matchup turned nightmare turn up to be a reality in conclusion. But I donโt take this bluff again this has been a constant debate for quite some time now an already consistent subject in boxing articles and blogs and frankly there is no finger pointing for this one there is no need to be irrational because both sides have all valid arguments and itโs a shame to see boxing fans go at each other calling names and some go way beyond the belt.
Enough said, there is only one fight for both of them itโs not Miguel Cotto, Paul Williams or Antonio Margarito it is about two great boxers going toe to toe and mano a mano for boxing supremacy there is only Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight and no other.
As far as blood testing is concern I think itโs already ironed out with Manny accepting the 14 day window after Mayweather and Mosley stop getting their blood tested 18 days before the fight. The fight purse is still a question but I think 50-50 share or the 45-55 is viable.

Unless both fighters sign the contract itโs still pretty much unstable at this time. But I am optimistic about this one not because I wanted so much this fight to happen but because we are talking about not just money here we are talking about millions at stake for both fighters. Itโs all about the Benjamins and I canโt fathom why both fighters leave a guaranteed $50 million on the table. Manny Pacquiao as reported has already agreed all Floydโs terms now the ball is swinging on his side and if he doesnโt take this fight then he should change his moniker โMoneyโ to a different one.
November 13 is a marked date and there would be no bluffing for this one. They should make the deal now โAll-inโ win or loseโฆ You canโt walk out with this kind of money or with this kind of magnitude fight. These fighters are born for the limelight and after what they have done to boxing itโs about time to reap their rewards. Allow me to leave some words of my favorite song by Travie McCoyโฆ โI wanna be a billionare so frickin bad.โ Well Manny and Floyd wouldnโt have to waitโฆ. just sign that frickin contract.
Fingers crossโฆ.
