Dana White Pounds Fedor Out, Contributes to Loss, And Laughs at Defeat
Ever lose a million bucks?
Well Fedor did thanks to Dana White. In an effort to hurt Fedor where it counts, Dana White demanded the dissolvement of Fedor's deal with TapOut
The act has been covered but the reason behind it has not. It is pretty clear that his purpose in ruining the TapOut T-shirt deal was to mess with Fedor's mind.
The timeliness is such that it removes all doubt and puts a black hat on Dana White's head. He only did that to distract Fedor and help contribute to his defeat.
It appears he was successful because Fedor certainly did not seem to be himself during that fight. That he was trapped so easily shows that his mind was elsewhere.
Maybe Fedor was guilty of looking past Werdum. It is also possible that when a year's income suddenly vanishes it causes an adverse effect on anyone's day.
That was a slick move by Dana White. Combine that with the absurd amount of pressure put upon Fedor by the two organizations that virtually depend on his success, and you have a situation ripe for failure.
M-1 Global and Strikeforce depend on him. Alistair Overeem depended on him. Not to mention that his family, and the millions of fans that demand perfection from Fedor, also depended on him.
Is it fair to expect so much from one man? Is it alright to make an athlete responsible for the success or failure of an athletic organization? Or two?
Top all of that pressure off with the antics of a foul mouthed megalomaniac in Dana White. A man who will apparently do anything to ruin you. Worse still it is a man who has gained the power to do so and uses it ruthlessly.
Anyone who thinks that the UFC going after Fedor's TapOut deal was a random coincidence needs to think about it some more. That Dana White's sole purpose was to help cause Fedor to lose is pretty apparent to anyone with an IQ above 65.
That's Dana White for you.
He costs Fedor a million dollars and then he Tweets a smiley face after Fedor loses. A man who is not his enemy, until now of course. The really messed up part is that Fedor probably forgives him.
Will he continue to pound Fedor out until he submits?
Or is he looking for a knockout...
