Potential Epic Plans For NXT Wrestlers
Hey Bleacherholics!
The Majority of people thought when WWE replaced the once hardcore-based ECW with NXT that it was nothing apart from a filler to replace a 1 hour time slot.
However, many different plans are circulating on the Internet. Management have had many ideas which I will explain further in this article.
*This Article may contain spoilers*
Another Quick Push To Main Event Stardom
WWE Management did a very quick push with Celtic Warrior Sheamus, but despite many disliking the choice, Sheamus has grown on people and they have changed their views of him. WWE Management feels they can duplicate this with Season One winner Wade Barrett.
I've read interesting rumors on the Internet relating to this issue. One is they feel Wade Barrett may have an immediate WWE Championship shot against the face of the company: John Cena.
If this rumor is true, they will have to build up some respectable momentum for him before even having a championship shot against him.
The Assailants Who Left Undertaker In A 'Vegetative State'
Another angle which would be nothing short of monumental is the NXT wrestlers the reason for Undertaker's 'Vegetative State'.
This angle would be a great complement to the current storyline of making an impact. As they did with CM Punk and John Cena, they may assault Undertaker for the same reason.
Although this would be a great storyline, WWE management are more likely to take up Kane as the mystery bandit. This would be a real big push for Kane and this may seem like WWE are listening to part of their fanbase.
An NXT Money In The Bank
This could be a brilliant elevator for the winner. WWE are currently configuring the status of having this. This match, if followed through on, will take place at the Money In The Bank Pay-Per-View event.
It will contain the NXT contestants whom were eliminated in season one, (except Bryan Danielson) fighting for a WWE contract.
If chosen, the winner will likely have a dream start in WWE. I for one, am very excited about the idea. However, does this mean no Money In The Bank for Smackdown or RAW? I was hoping for Christian to win the Smackdown match and The Miz win the Raw one.
Who would have predicted such a turnout with NXT? Season Two has been proclaimed to be better than season one, but if Season One turns out like any of the above what does Season Two hold for us?
