Todd Bodine Wins Sixth Texas Truck Race

Todd Bodine scored his sixth Texas Camping World Truck Series win on Friday night in the WinStar World Casino 400K in a exciting green white checker finish. Bodine who dominated most of the race in the #30 Valvoline Toyota Tundra for Germain Racing. Bodine had to hold off Ron Hornaday, Johnny Sauter, and Austin Dillon the polesitter in the closing laps after several late race cautions. Bodine keeps the points lead going into Michigan next weekend.

A bad night for several drivers including David Starr who was involved in a accident on the backstretch on lap 86 that took out Justin Lofton and Joe Aramendia. Starr then had a crash in the closing laps cutting a tire down and collecting Matt Crafton.

Ricky Carmichael also cut down a tire and hit the wall hard off turn 2 and came to rest on the backstretch. Ron Hornaday restarted in second on the green white checker but had problems and finished 9th.
