Retirement, it's the word no one wants to acknowledge
Lets face it, no one wants to admit that it's their time to quit (retirement is a much more comforting word) especially when the person is a Hall of Famer. The big news is Brett vs. those terrible Packers, who obviously want to move on to the future, instead of "Back to the Future".
The San Francisco 49ers are my team, so bear with me for a few moments while I review some of the most famous players of our past. The San Francisco 49ers have their share of Hall of Famers who had the same feeling as Brett does to ending a HOF career. They did not think it was time to go.
