Take My Word: Cody Rhodes Is Better Than Ted Dibiase

Whats up Bleacher Report! This is a new weekly article series, called "Take My Word" I will be doing from now on due to a popular one I did before Wrestlemania. The point of these articles is for me to tell you about something that my gut tells me after watching WWE, such as the one Im about to tell you, and for you to comment back on it, or give your gut opinions too. Anways, lets get started!

After watching the Raws and Smackdowns since the draft, one thing I have been noticing is that Cody Rhodes is outperforming Ted Dibiase in every category I have seen.

First, there is Mic Skills. Every since Legacy split from Randy Orton, I knew that Cody was the better talker. Week in and week out, he was the one talking to Orton about issues, while Ted was his back up man. But i thought they were still even, until i say cody's true.....

Wrestling Ability. I used to think Ted had the advantage in this, but oh boy how did that change when I saw Cody Rhodes vs. John Morrison. Granted, a piece of string looks awesome when wrestling Morrison, but Cody was literally matching, if not overshadowing Morrisons high-flying abilities. You would see Morrison's standing shooting star press, and be like "wow", but then see Cody Rhodes' picture perfect moonsault, and be in total awe. On the other hand Ted has stayed the same, with the same moves and same expressions. Finally, there is.....

Look. Up until a couple weeks ago, I gave it to Ted, hands down. But that was because I always saw Cody as a Randy Orton-shaped wannabee. But as I saw him wrestle, he reminded me of a Cm Punk-type main eventing look. Hes got it all, the movie star looks, (no homo), that cocky look, and a shawn michaels-like no sleeve shirt. Ted Dibiase has a look too, but it is very similar to everyone else, and I am pretty bored of him to tell you the truth.

In summary, my gut tells me even if Dibiase gets the bigger push in his career, I will always see Cody Rhodes as the more deserving one, the one who had a total package.
