Sports Illustrated has released its ninth annual Players Survey and nearly one in four of the 71 PGA Tour players polled believe that Tiger Woods has used performance enhancing drugs.

Of the many questions on the survey, the particular query asked: "Do you think Tiger used HGH or other performance enhancing drugs?" The result: Yes: 24 percent, No: 76 percent.

A much larger number of the players surveyed said they were pretty much unaware of Tiger's marital infidelities before his notorious Thanksgiving crash. Only eight percent said they were aware of Woods' infidelities before the crash. Ninety-two percent said they were not.

When asked about their approval or disapproval of the job President Barack Obama is doing, 83 percent gave a thumbs down—disapproval—of the president's job.

The tour's slowest player? Ben Crane got the finger pointed at him by 39 percent of the players surveyed, Kevin Na was deemed slowest by 31 percent.
