Major News Concerning Summerslam!

The biggest blockbuster of the summer, at least how WWE advertises it, Summerslam was first aired in 1988; and over the years we have seen many remarkable matches taken place.

Jeff Hardy vs. CM Punk, Hulk Hogan vs. Shawn Michaels, Steve Austin vs. Mankind vs. Triple H; and Shawn Michaels vs. Razor Ramon.

All of these matches have something special about them, this summer WWE are planning potentially a classic match up, in a certain WWE superstar's Career.

The Chance Of A lifetime

The Superstar I'm talking about is none other than the current World Heavyweight Champion, Jack Swagger.

WWE is currently planning a feud between Jack Swagger and The Undertaker. Yes, the Undertaker! The Undertaker is a legend, an icon. It doesn't matter what you call him, The Undertaker is unbelievable at times.

As a younger wrestler, it's your dream to become one of the best, to become a bona fide legend. Jack Swagger may get his chance at Summerslam to prove his worthy of it.

The encounter at Summerslam is planning to be on the top of the card. We got a sneak preview of this match during the month of April.

Jack Swagger was exceptional that night against Undertaker, the match was regarded as a pretty good match-up.

The match was so great, some people started to see the main event potential within the all-American American. People became so engaged with this match without a storyline, So just imagine a storyline now.

Summerslam will be a pretty good one at that!

The Chance To Establish Himself

If this rumor is correct, We could see Jack Swagger a solid Main Eventer. When he first won the World Heavyweight Championship, people thought he was going to be a transitional Champion. After beating the likes of Edge, Chris Jericho, and Randy Orton, we can say he isn't.

This shows that the WWE has faith in him. At Summerslam, he could show the WWE he is the right person for the job. Jack Swagger may have the perfect opportunity unless he ruins it.

Jack Swagger will most likely hold on to the belt until the summer event. If so, Swagger will have to run with the ball that the WWE has given him.

WWE will have to garnish him with victories over respectable stars, including Rey Mysterio, Big Show and CM Punk.

This in turn will give him that much needed momentum, He will then be ready for the star program of Summerslam 2010.
