2010 Fantasy Football: Draft Sleepers
I will need to apologize to my consistent readers as you are being bombarded by me with some of the same picks over and over, but you will find new players I have not spoken about on this list. Here is a laundry list of players you should look out for in your 2010 draft. I will be sure to put together a list of players to avoid for 2010 before the draft. Kevin Kolb - Mr. Kolb is going to have an excellent season as a newly crowned starter. The colleagues on the radio show I am on call him a top 10 QB for 2010, but I have him in the top 15. I recommend readers to draft a QB in the fifth round and Kevin is a solid choice for your season starter. Chad Henne - Chad Henne really caught his stride later in the 2009 season having multiple 300+ yard games. Brandon Marshall is now in Miami and Henne has a real opportunity to be a top 15 QB and he can be had in later round in drafts. He makes a solid back-up QB and if your starter is lagging or is injured he will be just fine to start for your team all season long. Ricky Williams - I know you read about him in every article I publish, but I am certain he is going to be one of the best later round RB picks of 2010. Carnell Williams - PPR leagues please grab Caddy. I picked him up very late in my 16 team expert league draft. He will have no problem going over 1,000+ total combined yards and near double digit TD's. Ben Tate - in a crowded backfield but is going late in drafts, but should have a 1,000+ yard 4 TD season. Great back-up material and occasional deep league every week starter. Pierre Garcon - Manning loves this guy; did you see the Super Bowl? You can expect 1,000+ near double digit TD season. I am a huge Garcon fan for 2010. Devin Aromashodu - Here is one of my FAVORITE picks for 2010. Please do yourself a favor and draft Devin. He is absolutely going to be a WR1 in 2010 and will be the talk of the town in 2010. Can you tell I am stoked about this guy? 1,200+ yards and double digit TD's, you will regret not drafting him, but you can tell me I told you so if you don't draft him and he flops. Lee Evans - well he won't have a name brand QB throwing to him and should draw double coverage, but with a solid group of RB's teams will have to respect the run and Evans is going very late in drafts. He is a great bye week filler or injury spot starter. Mike Wallace - potential Pro Bowler? He is getting so much press that I don't think he is going to be much of a sleeper anymore now that his name is in lights everywhere. BUT he will have a solid season opposite Ward and have some really nice deep shots to TD's this season. Chaz Schilens - He will be Jason Campbell's favorite target in a revamped Oakland offense. When Chaz is healthy he produces solid production. Malcolm Floyd - Vincent Jackson is gone the first four games and Jackson owners should snag Floyd for the first four games. He is extremely talented and built for the position. Buyer Beware: He will be good for only the first four games then won't be as relevant, but I would draft then start him then trade him quickly. Zach Miller - another Raider? Yes, Campbell loves to throw to his TE's and Miller won't be an exception. Grab him in your drafts and enjoy a very solid TE for 2010.
