First Round
This lightweight bout is overseen by Mario Yamasaki.
Stephens starts with a leg kick and then hits with a right hand. Stout rushes in with some punches, but is dropped with a quick take-down.
Stout makes it back to his feet and is hit with an inside leg kick for it.
Stephens hits with a left jab to the face and hits with a right hand.
Stout lands a leg kick, but it doesn't do much damage. His next one does, Stephens begins to limp.
Stephens is OK and adds a body punch to the midsection of Stout.
Stout hits with a leg kick and then gets dropped with a right hand. He shakes it off and gets back to his feet.
Stephens continues to push forward with some strikes. A spinning back fist by Stephens is answered by Stout with a leg kick.
Stout hits again with a leg kick and then lands with a left hook.
Stephens answers with a left hook to the body of Stout.
Stephens hits with a leg kick of his own. Stout hits with a body punch but is almost dropped with a wild right.
Stephens catches a leg kick attempt, but misses with his right hand.
The action packed first is ended with the bell.

Second Round
Both fighters look fresh as the second round starts.
Stout hits with a head kick and it is answered with a right hand by Stephens.
Stout hits again with a low leg kick. Stephens catches a leg kick and drops Stout with a right hand. The action is on the mat and Stout goes for a kimura.
Stephens is OK and is trying to get to his feet. He makes it up and Stout follows.
Stout lands a combination and a low leg kick. He is hit with a hard right hand to the chin.
Stout has his low leg kick checked.
Stout is all over Stephens with a shot to the abs. Stephens hits with a jab to the chin of Stout.
Stout hits next with an uppercut to the midsection. Stephens just misses with an overhand right and then makes Stout miss with a leg kick.
Stephens hits with a hard right but is then hit, himself, with a couple of low leg kicks.
Stout has his high kick blocked. Stephens now hits with a left hook, and Stout answers with a left hand.
Some lunging punches by both fighters miss as the middle round ends.

Third Round
Stout has more damage to his face than Stephens as they come out for the last round.
Stout hits low with a leg kick and Yamasaki gives him a moment to gather himself. A review shows the pain that Stephens is in. The action is back underway and Stout hits with a leg kick to the body.
Stephens now hits with a punch to the body and follows with a leg kick.
Stout tries to hit with a knee up the middle.
Stout makes Stephens miss with a combination. They both hit with punches to the face, however Stephens has more power.
Stout throws and hits with another head kick. Stephens puts a jab in the face of Stout and follows it with a knee.
Stout puts Stephens on the canvas with a kick and follows him to the ground with several elbows.
Stephens looks to be somewhat recovered and they both get back up. Stout hits with a leg kick and is then hit with a right hand by Stephens.
Stephens hits with a left hook.
Stephens takes Stout to the ground, but Stout gets right back up and they chase each other around for the last five seconds.
