The month of june is vastly approaching and as it does i've had time to think about the upcoming bout between miguel cotto and yuri foreman, the more i think about it ladies and gentlemen i believe we are in for a massacre.

Miguel Cotto one of the most established welterweights in the world will be moving up to light middleweight to face the undefeted Yuri Foreman, i don't believe i am alone here in assuming miguel cotto will slaughter the undefeated champion.

The most acomplished fighter Yuri Foreman has faced is Daniel Santos a fighter who is good but not nearly as formitable as Miguel Cotto.

Foreman has beaten all his opponents by keeping them at bay with his supreme boxing skills, however miguel cotto has beaten many fighters with those skills by getting inside and applying pressure, not to mention Miguel will not be afraid of punches coming back due to the fact Foreman only has eight knockouts in his entire carrer.

I for one can't see Yuri winning this fight in any way i believe he is in way over his head in this one, i think he is one of those fighters like Paulie Malignaggi who can box but not hurt you, so your opponents who have more power understand this and are willing to take a few punches to get on the inside and hurt you with there power punches.

I firmly believe this is Bob Arums way of creating a rematch between Miguel and Manny Pacquiao or a rematch between Miguel and Antonio Margarito which honestly is a fight i would love to see , however it is still a shame that the first fight at yankee stadium in over thirty years will be a lion hunting his gazelle.
