If a "Lost" Cast Member Hosted WWE Raw, Who Would It Be?

The Doctor Chris MuellerMay 5, 2010

This is not the sort of article I normally write, but after last night's heart wrenching episode of everyone's favorite Island themed show, I came up with the idea that one of these guys, or gals, should host WWE Raw.

Ths show is wrapping up in 19 days, and fans are looking for as much "Lost" as they can get.  The night of the finale will feature five and a half hours of Lost programming, from a retrospective, to the finale itself, to a Jimmy Kimmel special.

With the show being only a few weeks away, I think it would be in the WWE's best interest to get one of the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815 to host the show.

Everyone who is a fan of Lost is looking to get insider info on what will happen in the finale.  Some of the stars of the hit show have been making the talk show rounds to promote the big send off.

So why not have one of them drop by WWE and host the show?  It would help WWE's ratings, and it would give Lost fans a bit more exposure to the stars they love to see.

The show has featured many, many characters over its six year span, but only three come to mind for who could do a decent job hosting Raw.

The first candidate, pun intended, would have to be Jorge Garcia AKA Hurley.  He is the plus sized, lovable, ghost seeing cast member who is arguably one of the Internet's favorite stars.

He has proven himself to be the funniest of the Lost crew, and his humor could carry over to the Raw hosting gig.  He is big enough to not be pushed around as well, so he could get right up in someone's face and they would have no choice but to back down.

Hurley would definitely be my first choice.

The next choice would have to be Naveen Andrews AKA Sayid Jarrah.  Naveen played an ex-Republican Guard from Iraq who ended up being one of the group's main protectors on the island.

His fight scenes with the characters Dogan and Keamy have been highly praised, so he would appear bad-ass enough to take the role and not take S*&% from anybody.

And finally the third choice would be Terry O'Quinn AKA John Locke.  Terry is one of those guys who looks comfortable in any situation.

Plus now that he is playing Lost's main villain, or at least we think he is the villain, he would be a great choice to be a heel guest host.

He is a bit older than some of the other guest hosts, but is younger than Bob Barker so at least he has that.

O'Quinn is the only actor on Lost to win a golden globe award for his performance, so getting him would be pretty big for WWE.

I know that Sawyer would also make a good choice, but I don't see him doing it.

Like I said in the beginning, I normally don't write this kind of article, but with my favorite show wrapping up I felt the need to put this one up.

So who would you like to see host Raw from "Lost"?
