Lets All Get Paid: The Art Of JaMarcus Bashing

I think its kind of ironic that the very same lazy,fat "journalist" recycling the same lazy, fat rhetoric about lazy,fat JaMarcus are making lazy,fat money off of lazy,fat journalism.

For those of us who don't understand how American business works: More Press equals more money, PERIOD! In that regard, JaMarcus Russell should be the highest paid player in NFL history. Paycut? Please. You want to talk about who needs a paycut, thats a whole nutha article for a different day (and website, apparently)

This past weekend at the Raider's training facility in Alameda, California, there was a frenzy of media sharks waiting to get a bite out of JaMarcus' formerly ample ass. They showed up to see there wasn't much to chomp on, so they got fast food.

They weren't there to see the newly acquired annointed QB of the future, Jason Campbell whom is supposed to redeem the Raiders from 7 years of hopeless futility in just a few short months.

They weren't there to see how 1st round draft choice Rolando McClain looked in place of the old number 52. They weren't there to see Chaz Schilens and Bruce Gradkowspi work on their off the field chemistry in the training room. They weren't there to see Tom Cable punch anyone's lights out...They were there to see the man, the myth the legend, JaMarcus Russell.

No one cares if Britney spears can sing, or if she wears shoes. They just want to see her hot body. She's a gazillionaire for all I know. Get the picture?

If the Raiders win going next season, it won't be because of one man, as the media tricked you into believing last year with "Bruce Almighty." It will be because of better coaching and organization. Being able to run the ball couldn't hurt either.

But this is the NFL. The QBs get all of the glory and all of the blame(depending on the QB). And in JaMarcus' case, glory has yet to come.
