Terrence Jones Decision Still Up In The Air

The nation remains baffled after the events that transpired Friday evening at Jefferson High School in Oregon.

Within 30 minutes of verbally committing to play for the Washington Huskies on the national web, Jones was once again unsure.

Many speculate that Jones talked to University of Kentucky Coach, John Calipari shortly after the Web cast.

What was said?

No one really knows. Well…no one except for Terrence Jones and Coach Calipari.

For the past 3 days forums and blogs in both Kentucky and Washington have been flooded with posts; most of which are slandering Coach Cal and Terrence Jones.

Others, going on to both fan bases are pleading desperately for the services of Terrence Jones.

You know I understand the frustration that Washington Fans are going through, and to be honest, if you have to hate someone for this, don’t let it be the high school student who is likely making the toughest decision of his life.

I’m a Kentucky fan, but you know what; if Terrence Jones plays basketball at Washington, I will, for at least one year, be a Washington fan too.

I watched an interview of his prior to announcement day, and I had already decided since he was a young man, I could cheer for whatever team he plays for.
