"The Liverpool captain’s backpass was intercepted by Didier Drogba, who rounded Pepe Reina before slotting in. Nicolas Anelka set up Frank Lampard to make it 2-0 after 54 minutes, and a toothless Liverpool side never threatened a comeback."
