2010 NFL Free Agency: Darren Sharper To The Cowboys Is a Good Fit
The Dallas Cowboys have been pretty quiet this offseason. With not much activity in free agency, the Cowboys first made the news when releasing Flozell Adams and Ken Hamlin.
In the first round of the NFL Draft, the Cowboys traded up to select receiver Dez Bryant.
Rated as the best receiver in this years class, it didn't surprise many to see Jerry Jones make a move like this.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Can free agent Darren Sharper be coming to Dallas as well? Reports say that the Cowboys are interested in him.
The release of Hamlin leaves a hole in a young secondary, that can use a veteran play maker.
In fact, Sharper's best fit may be with Dallas. A safety was a pressing need early in the first round, and Dallas couldn't land Earl Thomas from Texas.
Despite having offseason surgery, Sharper is worth the money if your name is Jerry Jones.
Teams will look to succeed through the air against Dallas, who other then Michael Jenkins, has questions at cornerback.
Here is a stat of the day: the Cowboys were ranked 26th in the NFL in interceptions last season. That needs to change.
Sharper should still be a force when healthy, even though his career may start declining quickly.
Still, Dallas needs to fill one of their weaknesses with a veteran presence, who is near the top of records when it comes to interceptions and defensive touchdowns.
Make the move Jerry Jones. I guarantee it will be more of a bargain than a bust.
