After initial reports of Santonio Holmes being removed from a Pittsburgh flight, all indications have pointed towards Santonio Holmes of being innocent of any sort of transgression, be it legal or otherwise.

Apparently, a stewardess asked Holmes to turn of the iPod, and he complied, contrary to initial reports that he was non- compliant.  He then forgot to remove the buds from his ear, leading to the stewardess to return asking him to do so again.

He stated that they were indeed off, and that he just fell asleep with them in his ear.

After the plane landed, police asked him to give a statement.  This information has been verified in a police report according to the NY Post.

Sighs of releif all around.
