Ben Roethlisberger Being Traded For Top Ten Pick? Maybe It's Reality

Well, I guess I have to take back my word, as the Steelers are serious about trading Ben Roethlisberger.

In fact, the Steelers have already begun shopping Big Ben for a Top Ten pick, sources say.

And according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Buffalo Bills could be interested.

The Bills are in desperate need of a franchise quarterback which has been lacking for years now.

And despite his character issues in the past year, the Bills could pull the trigger here.

Or it could be another team in the Top Ten. Can the Seattle Seahawks trade the sixth overall pick?

They can select Roethlisberger and then go with the best offensive lineman available if they choose.

Can the Oakland Raiders be a competitor for his services?

They were rumored in the Donovan McNabb sweepstakes. Roethlisberger is younger, and his contract wouldn't be an issue.

If Al Davis is thinking of drafting Clausen, why wouldn't he take Roethlisberger if he feels this team can compete right now?

My belief is that Roethlisberger would not get traded this season, even with his suspension. My biggest question is how accurate are these rumors

I didn't believe there was a chance in this happening, but I always make mistakes.

It may turn out to be reality for Number Seven.
