Chaosnuclear's Mock Draft For Detroit Lions

This past 2 years, Detroit Lions entered the dark ages of its franchise history, as it made history having the worst record in NFL History (0-16), lead by Rod Marenille (2008 season)... After that year, Detroit Lions signed a new head coach hoping for a fresh start, they wanted Jim Schwartz to make that change.. --> And as they hoped for, there were changes, but its really minimum, as they only won 2 out 16 games in 2009 season.. But as every coach says, "Lets put last year behind us".

After another horrible season, Detroit Lions, lead by their head coach Jim Schwartz, is now starting to make acquisitions and deals that actually make sense, and that includes signing veterans like DE Kyle Vanden Bosch and WR Nate Burleson to improve Detroit offensive and defensive strongholds. (Some other noticeable acquisitions / DT - Corey Williams / G- rob Sims / CB - Chris Houston/ RB - Dede Dorsey). Detroit Lions still has alot of work, but by using the 2nd Draft pic, they can get closer. Sorry about the blaberish things, but without further a do, this is what I wish the Detroit Lions will do...

1st Round, 2nd pick - Ndamukong Suh, a DT from Nebraska, Ndamukong explosive speed and power makes him a perfect fit for Lions Defense. Suh has an excellent combination of size, strength and athleticism which makes him the right choice for the 1st round draft pick. (Other choices - Russell Okung : Offensive Tackle Russell Okung gives Mathew Stafford additional Protection, giving him more time to accurately throw passes., but I prefer improving our Defense rather than our Offensive line, like the phrase says "Defense is the best offense".

2nd round, 34 pick - Jahvid Best, a RB from California Golden bears, an elusive, speedy and explosive RB in the field, Knowing that RB Kevin Smith might not be able to play because of Injury issues, Jahvid Best might be the 2nd best RB in draft (After CJ Spiller, I mean if we could CJ spiller il take him, but lol that could only happen if the other teams in first round F*cKe* up and didnt get him lol, sorry for language) Some people prefer's a CB for 2nd round pick, I mean, Lions Secondary group needs an aweful lot of help, they were dead last in defense last 2009 season, so Its really up to them

3rd round - Brandon Ghee, a CB from Wake forest, This guy could undoubtedly help Detroit Defensive power, especially its secondary that looked like a joke last season...
(But if they wont pick this guy, I would go for Jordan Shipley of Texas, I mean, Nate "the great Burleson" isn't the answer for Detroit Lions Receiving game, just a great piece of that answer, Along side with Calvin Johnson A.K.A "Megatron", the addition of Jordan Shipley, greatly improve our Offensive Treat, having great receivers in the field. And with the Addition of Mathew Stafford as the QB? All hell will break loose.

4th round - Jason Fox, OT from Miami, Detroit Lions offensive Line is not half bad, so an Addition of OT, will surely help solidify our Offensive core. An offensive group revolves around its Quarterback, so without the protection of the offensive line, the Quarterback will break down, and along with it, the Offense.

5th round - (gave to Seahawks)

6th round - (gave to Falcon)

7th Round, pick 6, 7, and 13 also picked 48 as compensatory selection - I dont have anyone in particular for this round, but I would prolly prefer a OLB or OT, or a kicker, and if there is still a good CB there, it would be great to be able to get 1.., if they can see another RB It might also be a good deal

(Rumors, Jared Gaither or Baltimore raven is up for the grabs, so the lions might trade the 2nd round pick for him and some other dudes i guess, the question is, is this worth it? for me, 2nd round pick might be too high for him, but HELL yeah we should get him, this dude can greatly improve our offensive line, this guy is a beast!, im not saying after acquiring this guy, the Lions will become a playoff contender at least, but oh well, we dont know what will happen, it might be one of those Cinderella story
