Sometimes Fan Hunting Stings

Most reasonable fans of sports teams recognize that their peers can at times be profoundly embarassing.   But regardless of how ridiculous some of your counterparts may look in their personalized jersey, how much you wish they would just back away from the face paint, or how aggressive their mullet is, most of the time you can just smile and consider them a quirky member of the large family that comes with being a fan of (fill in your favorite team).   

However there are also those rare times when a fellow fan pulls back the curtain further than anyone wanted and exposes just a bit too much about the fanbase that you remain a part of.  

When this picture was posted on the site OtherTeamsFans.com, I can’t help but to assume that supporters of the University of Missouri athletics briefly thought about denouncing their affiliation.  I know I did…

Some things should stay behind the proverbial curtain.  Giant patches of women’s pit hair fall into that category.
