       #5 Richmond 75, #37 Prairie View A&M 60

    Richmond got 22 points from David Gonzalvez in a 75-60 victory over Prairie View A&M in a SMCAA Northeast 2nd round win.  Gonzalvez shot 7 for 17 from the field, including hitting 4 three pointers.  Kevin Anderson added 12 points and Dan Geriot had 11 points off the bench for the Spiders, who shot 48% from the field.
    The Panthers were led by Darnell Hugee, who 11 points.  Christopher Jones added 10 points, but Prairie View struggled, shooting only 38% from the floor.

        #21 Loyola Marymount 65, #12 Arizona 64

    Loyola Marymount scored 44 points in the second half and rallied from a 16 point halftime deficit to come back and upset Arizona, 65-64, in a 2nd round Northeast nailbiter.  Vernon Teel and Ashley Hamilton had 15 points apiece to lead the Lions to the victory.  Jarred DuBois added 10 points for LMU, who won despite not making a 3 pointer in the game (0-6).
    The Wildcats got 22 points from Kyle Fogg, including four 3 pointers.  Derrick Williams added 17 points and 11 rebounds in the loss.

        NORTHEAST REGION 3RD ROUND: #21 Loyola Marymount vs. #5 Richmond

        #20 George Mason 76, #13 Indiana-Purdue-Indianapolis 73

    Cam Long scored 8 of his 15 points in overtime, including the game winning 3 pointer, to give George Mason a 76-73 victory over Indiana-Purdue-Indianapolis in a Northeast 2nd round thriller.  Long, whose 8 points in the extra session were also the Patriots last 8 points of the game, also added eight rebounds in the win.  Ryan Pearson (11 points), Isaiah Tate (11 points), and Mike Morrison (10 points) all reached double figures for GMU.
    Robert Glenn led the Jaguars wth 18 points and 9 rebounds, while Leroy Nobles had 17 points and 4 assists.  IUPUI, however, only shot 14-22 (64%) from the free throw line.

        #4 Missouri 81, #36 Charleston Southern 60

    Missouri had 5 players in double figures as they coasted to an 81-60 victory over Charleston Southern in a 2nd round Northeast blowout.  Laurence Bowers led the way with 15 points, while Zaire Taylor (12 points), Kim English (12 points, 9 rebounds), Michael Dixon (12 points), and J.T. Tiller (10 points) chipped in as well.
    The Buccaneers were paced by Jeremy Sexton with 14 points.  Kelvin Martin added 13 points and Kenny Mitchell chipped in 12 in the loss.
