        #33 Liberty 68, #32 Illinois-Chicago 60

        Liberty closed the game on a 22-7 run to rally for a 68-60 1st Round Southeast win over Illinois-Chicago.  The Flames trailed 53-46 with 6:17 left, but keyed by 9 points by Kyle Ohman (who led Liberty with 16), made the comeback.  Jesse Sanders (14 points, 11 rebounds) and Evan Gordon (13 points) also were in double figures for Liberty.
        Jeremy Buttell, who had 13 points, and Zavion Neely, who chipped in 12, led UIC, but the Flames committed 24 fouls sending Liberty to the line 41 times and the Flames converted 30 of them.

        SOUTHEAST REGION 2ND ROUND: #33 Liberty vs. #1 Duke

        #30 Chattanooga 79, #35 Kennesaw State 56

        Ty Patterson and Ricky Taylor each had 14 for Chattanooga as the Mocs cruised to a 79-56 win over Kennesaw State in a Southeast 1st Round matchup. Chattanooga, which led 38-30 at halftime, held the Owls to 35% shooting and 4 for 21 from 3-point range. DeAntre Jefferson chipped in 12 points and 12 rebounds for the Mocs.
        Markeith Cummings led Kennesaw State with 18 points.

        SOUTHEAST REGION 2ND ROUND:  #30 Chattanooga vs #3 Wisconsin

        #29 Evansville 68, #36 Georgia Southern 58

        Evansville used a 22-7 run over the first 8:30 of the second half to come from behind and defeat Georgia Southern 68-58 in a 1st Round Southeast game.  Trailing 33-28 at halftime, the Purple Aces got 6 points from Clint Hopf (who led Evansville with 14 along with Colt Ryan) to take their largest lead at 50-40.  James Haarsma also added 10 for Evansville.
        Willie Powers led the Eagles with 18 points and Rory Spencer added 11, but GSU shot just 35% on the night.

        SOUTHEAST REGION 2ND ROUND: #29 Evansville vs. #4 Gonzaga

        #31 California State-Northridge 74, #34 Nicholls State 68

        Cal State-Northridge went on a 12-5 run over the last 3:30 of the game to come from behind and defeat Nicholls State 74-68 in a Southeast 1st Round game.  Willie Galick led the Matadors with 23 points and 7 rebounds to the victory.  Kenny Daniels added 16 and Mark Hill chipped in 10 for Northridge.
        Anatoly Bose led the Colonels with 24 and Fred Hunter chipped in 17, but it wasn’t enough as the Matadors advance to the 2nd Round.

        SOUTHEAST REGION 2ND ROUND:  #31 California State-Northridge vs. #2 Temple
