Roethlisberger is guilty

Paul KasprzakApr 12, 2010

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has escaped having to appear in a court room to face charges of sexual assault where a person is innocent until proven guilty, but that doesnโ€™t mean his trouble end there.

According to ESPNโ€™s Chris Mortensen, via ProFootballTalk.com, later this week Roethlisberger will enter the court of National Football League commissioner Roger Goodell and when a person enters there you are guilty of something.

At the very least Roethlisberger is guilty of sheer stupidity for allowing himself to be put in this position again, but if there is was a secret settlement he is guilty of a lot more.

Also, in addition to the sexual assault charges Roethlisberger should be facing charges for providing alcohol to a minor as Bright did confirm he provided drinks to the victim and her friends that were there.

In the end, Roethlisberger will be lucky if he gets off with a susupension that is less than a year.
