NFL Rumors: Vick To Bills, Raiders? Jason Campbell for Marshawn Lynch?

Bryan BrackneyApr 11, 2010

Donovan McNabb is gone and with the Redskins. I am sensing a quarterback battle between Kevin Kolb at chance. But right now, Philly likes Kevin Kolb at starter. What does this mean for Vick?

You heard it right: he could be on the move...definitely. There are some rumors of Vick getting traded to teams like the Rams who have recently released Marc Bulger. But the frontrunners are the Raiders and the Bills.

I could see the Raiders. It's pretty obvious that JaMarcus Russell isn't the future and if Oakland decides not to keep Gradkowski, they might as well go for Vick and do a battle between he and Russell.

Like to see how that turns out.

Meanwhile, for Buffalo, maybe they are looking for a fresh, new starter. Trent Edwards may not be the future after all. I could see Vick fitting in nicely there. Plus, he could use a weapon like Lee Evans or such.

But, in my opinion, no matter what happens to him this offseason, he will be a starter in my mind.

Reggie Williams

I think it's been a year since Williams has played. But he's still in shape and is ready to go this year. And lucky for him, the Seahawks are looking to sign the kid. Pete Carroll was fond of his talents in the Pac-10.

Seattle also needs some help at receiver and having a tall, fast, physical receiver like him wouldn't mind. This could be his comeback year, probably.

Jeff Garcia

Garcia is another guy who didn't play last year. He was set to be the starting QB for the Raiders but they eventually released him. It has been reported, though, that Garcia could end up with the Eagles.

Yes, the team he led in a Cinderella fashion during the 2006-07 season. This could be a great fit in my opinion. But in order for this to happen, the Eagles would have to let go of Vick in releasing or trading way.

Most probably they will trade Vick and sign Garcia. It could happen. Garcia could also be a good mentor for Kevin Kolb as well and I see him starting.

Marshawn Lynch

Lynch was a disappointment last year. That's where Fred Jackson stepped up. And now, most probably for next year, Jackson will be the starting running back. And the Bills are really trying to throw away Lynch now.

It was reported he would actually be gone by the draft! And it was reported that Lynch wants out as well. It's reported that Lynch will most probably go to the Redskins for Jason Campbell.

Damn.

Jimmy Wilkerson

Just about a week ago, Wilkerson was going to meet with the Rams but the Buccaneers say that they are still considering an offer towards him. Now he will be visiting the Saints.

The teams he is rumored to fall to are the Bucs, Rams, Saints, and the Seahawks.

Marc Bulger

Bulger has been struggling for the past few years with the Rams. The Rams finally made the move of releasing him. Now the question is: Where will Bulger end up?

He is receiving interest from the Panthers, Raiders, and Cardinals for a possible chance for returning as starter. He is also receiving interest from the Jets, Steelers, Bears, Patriots, Buccaneers, and Lions to back up.
