NCAA Football: If You Don't Like Michigan...Leave!

Over the past two years, I have heard all the pathetic whining about what's going on at Michigan. "Rich Rods not a Michigan man", "The spread will never work in the Big 10", "Rich Rod is a fraud", "Rich Rod needs to be fired", We shouldv'e gotten Les Miles", etc.

I'm going to stop there to save you the trouble, but as you can see the list goes on. If anyone really knows football, then they know Rich Rod is a winner. He may need his players to perform better, but he is a winner. I've heard all the excuses and lame attempts to blame him for our problems, and in my opinion, they are all weak.

If you think Lloyd Carr would have done better, think again. Sure, maybe we would've been bowling the past two seasons, but none would've been past Dec. 31. Rich Rod's recruits will be sophomores this year (a few juniors, but that class was a mix of Lloyd/Rich recruits).

The cupboard was left bare, and for those of you shaking your head right now...IT WAS! Brandon Graham, Donovan Warren, Ryan Mallet, and Mario Manningham are about as far as you can go. Manningham was likely to leave after year three with or without Carr wearing a headset. Ohhhhhh, which brings me to my next point...

Rich Rod recruits criminals/thugs/bad people: Did you ever meet Ryan Mallet? If you did then you know exactly what I'm talking about. Oh yeah, that's right: he was a Carr recruit.

Furthermore, if Carr stayed and Mallet got injured, who was going to throw the ball? Steven Threet? Nick Sheridan? Yeah, defend that one.

Look, all I'm saying is that if you are a TRUE Michigan fan, then you stick by your team, even when they are down.

Stop the Rich Rod hating, and if you continue to do, so then it really means one thing: you are not a MICHIGAN MAN! If and when they get rid of Rich Rod or we start winning, like I know we will in year three, I truly hope all you damn bandwagon fans are gone!

And I mean that sincerely. If you are not going to support your coach or the players and staff while they are down, then get the hell out of dodge and go to EL or Columbus.

Go Blue! Go Rich! Year three, you'll see!
