Strength of schedule for NFL teams can be misleading because of various reasons.

For one, teams with hard schedules on paper may play teams that had a great season last year and this season they may have a bad year.

Also, some teams get penalized just because they have a team or two in their division that had a great season.

Still, itโ€™s worth noting the teams that have the hardest schedule, and most importantly the teams with the easiest schedule.

While teams like the Seahawks and Rams have easy schedules on paper, it doesnโ€™t mean they have the talent to exploit that schedule and have a winning team.

On the other hand, teams like the Chargers , 49ers , and Saints do have good teams, and against an easy schedule they should take advantage of this break in schedule.
