Fedor vs Big Tim: Please Don't Seat Me in the First Row

No matter what else happens on July 19, I will be watching the "Affliction-Banned" event from a front row seat.

Fedor is so famous and I have only read about him or watched reruns; I have never seen the greatest name in MMA close up.

Most fans consider him just a step below God.  I have even seen his image photoshopped into Michaelangelo's picture of "God creating Adam" with their fingers touching!  What a sight!

After watching tons of video interviews of Fedor and big Tim Sylvia on You Tube, I am fully convinced that this is 'the fight' to see. 

The humility and good humor Fedor displays in his interviews with 'Gigantic Tim' is truly amazing for a man deified by the legion of MMA fans he has accrued during an amazing career. He has only one loss on his double digit record.  What an amazing man!

Though I am awed by Tim Sylvia's size I have never been much of a fan because he says more "dorky" things than any adolescent I have ever met, and admits to wearing his belt while having sex.

That in itself is sacrilege in my opinion.  The heavyweight belt deserves much more respect than that!

There are other things that Tim has admitted to that have given me pause ---namely his loss of bowel control -- which has put me off, and not just because I have MS (which can lead to such a problem).

Personally, I would never consider going to an event just to watch Tim Sylvia, but Tim and Fedor? Well count me in, and July 19th is fast approaching.

So much enthusiasm do I have for this experience that I intend to invite them to fight right here in my front room....on Pay Per View. 

And that is the only way I could, in good conscience, watch it so close up.

Otherwise, from a front row seat, the sh*t might truly hit this fan.
