MICHEALS THE REAL STREAK HAS ENDED

The Undertaker's streak may still be intact but I am not one bit bothered as the real streak came to an end on Sunday night when Shawn Micheals ended his six year reign as the king of Wrestlemania.

Look back at the Undertaker's streak and most of it is fairly unimpressive, only his matches against HHH and his DX partner Shawn Micheals have been memorable. The others have being predictable or against unworthy opponents. Was Mark Henry ever really going to stop the streak at Wrestlemania 22?

Shawn Micheals' streak however may only be six years old but has been a lot more entertaining and was more important to Wrestlemania than The Undertaker's ever could have being

It started at Wrestlemania when HBK was involved in the best match of the card in his triple threat and every year since, Shawn has given us the best match of Wresltemania, sometimes best match of the year.

Really over the past six years does anyone think that anyone has out-shined Micheals at any Wresltemania?

At wrestlemania 21 he was involved in match of the year against Kurt Angle, at 22 he was in the match of the night against Vince Mcmahon (what I was expecting from the Bret match) in 23 he was easily in the match of the card against Cena and 24 he kind of retired Ric Flair in Flairs first decent match in years.

The Undertaker's streak for me never got interesting until he faced Micheals who can seem to pull a great match out of any situation, Vince a 60 year old man, with The Undertaker twice when we already knew the outcome or with Ric who was all of the above a 60 year old man in a match where everyone new the outcome.

The departure of Micheals is a real loss (not even mentioning Mania 10,12 or 14) and in my opinion I hope 'Taker's streak ends one day so we can enjoy one of his matches and really not be able to guess the outcome.
