There is nothing complicated or difficult about this concept. It offers fans and potential new sponsors an exciting vision and a sustainable future.

A membership could be purchased by a single fan, or a group of fans anywhere in the world.

The management and administration of members' affairs could be carried out online and at minimum cost, with members electing a club president and board every 5-7 years. The president and board would have the task of overseeing the affairs of the club, appointing the manager and executive team, ensuring that the club is operated according to a new constitution approved by the members.
