Redskins May Go After Brandon Marshall or Terrell Owens
Bryan BrackneyMar 26, 2010
Mike Shanahan likes big, tall, possession wide receivers. In Washington, Santana Moss does not fit that role.
Shanahan coached restricted free agent Brandon Marshall while he was in Denver, and there is a very SMALL chance that Marshall could re-join Shanahan in Washington.
The Redskins would be forced to give up their fourth overall pick were they to sign Marshall to an offer sheet that the Broncos don't match.

Yankees Call Up 6'7" Prospect 📈
According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, the most likely scenario would be the Redskins giving up their 37th overall pick and a latter pick for Marshall.
Marshall is often compared to Terrell Owens, who also happens to be searching for a new team in 2010.
Owens is a much more affordable option for the Redskins, but if Washington is looking for a youth movement, Owens is not their man.
