Manchester United: 7 Games Remain, 7 Wins Required

With Liverpool out of the way, United will look to take charge of the league table this weekend when they face Bolton. If reports are true, United could be with out star striker Wayne Rooney who seems to have a knee injury that's causing great discomfort.

And with a game against Bayern next week, followed by Chelsea and then the second leg against Bayern, the coach doesn't want to take any chances.

Seven games are left in the league and with a fight for Top Spot from Arsenal and Chelsea it could to the wire.

Which means every game is important, and a victory is required in every match. With the quarters of the Champions League already here, the pressure will increase.

The maths is easy, simple and straight forward. Win all seven games and lift the trophy for the fourth consecutive season.

But with Rooney not at 100% and Berbatov not firing regularly it will a hard few weeks ahead.

The opposition is another factor as United are set to face Chelsea, and forth spot contenders Spurs and City, with the rest more moderate fixtures.

Chelsea and Spurs both at home but the big one against City will be at Eastlands. Another factor will be fatigue, United got Chelsea sandwich by Bayern Munich, which could round of a huge week for United.

Nevertheless playing Bayern, City, Chelsea, Spurs and Blackburn in one month could take a toll on the fitness of key players and readiness of alternative in experienced players if needed.

Chelsea who seem to have fell of the pace, since been knock out of Europe and dropping points this past weekend will look to capitalise on United's tough schedule.

After a wavy season, Rio will look to end on a high note just before the World Show piece in South Africa. His role will be all important, fitness will play a huge part as he has been in and out with a niggling back problem.

Ryan Giggs

Returning from injury, Ryan will hope to earn a 12th title to his individual successes. But it won't be easy and the 37 year old will have to roll back the years. His experience in big matches will be vital

Ji-Sung Park

The Korean has been incredible so far this season, underrated at times. Not a flashy player but a hard worker. Some who does a job well.

Antonio Valencia

Top league signing for the season if you ask me, his presence in the side has partly ensured Rooney's success. With excellent crossing ability and pace down the right.

Wayne Rooney

What more can be said about his form this season, goals and passion is what leads you to success and this season he has both. Hopefully his knee injury is not a huge issue and he will be back with a bang.
