Lane Kiffin Is a Milk and Cookies Guy?

     Speaking as a second generation alum of USC and who is also married to a SC alum I have never been so proud in recent years of our University and specifically the Athletic Department.  The Trojan Family has become very comfortable we have been winning National Championships, Heisman Trophies, and are constantly ranked in the top five in National Polls.  Icing on the cake or who really cares our Men's Basketball team was finally playing major college basketball.  Our basketball players are being drafted in the first rounds of the NBA draft and finally USC basketball players are seen throughout the NBA.  We as a University are bigger, stronger, faster than all the rest, our goal is to win National Championships in all sports on campus.

At what cost?

     Cost money is no object at SC any Trojan who has registered for classes knows that We Are SC really means We Are Rich.  Go over to Doheny Library and the floors are made of pure gold bars.  The fountain in front of Tommy Trojan no longer sprays a fountain of water but, the finest champagne.  Students, alumni, and friends of the University meet in front of the fountain champagne glass in one hand and caviar spoon in the other.  Cash rules everything around me!

     This wanton display of wealth has caused much "hate" throughout the United States.  The phone at the NCAA Headquarters has been ringing off of the hook.  We are being probed and investigated by every "agency" in the country.  Trojans are really quiet these days we have self imposed sanctions on Men's Basketball but, who really cares?  Trojans are holding their breath will the football team be on TV this year?  You mean I won't be able to turn on my TV and watch the next Golden Boy, Porsche driving prodigy, win games from the comfort of my home.  Or the next group of Hummer driving, reality TV dating, running backs raise the Heisman Trophy over his head.  I'll tell you one thing if Lane Kiffin doesn't win games running a clean program.  The Tennessee Nation will be the least of his problems.
