Dear Geeks and Greeks:
(OK, that was cheesy. For those of you old enough, the picture is of Jimmy the Greek. You know, the guy was on television predicting games until he opened his big trap about African-Americans being superior athletes 'cause of breeding. Ouch. He said it; I didn't.)
Let me get to the point. Bleacher Report members have a special offer to get 50 percent off this year's fantasy baseball league for its commissioner leagues. You heard it here, 50 percent off!
Details will follow below, but let me tell you about something else: My free, for fun, league.
My CBS Fantasy Sports league is named "Four peat." I am "Philups" and am looking for seven other teams. As in my days of fantasy baseball with friends (for entertainment purposes only) we had an NL-only league. Eight teams, National League players only.

I can discuss my options for my league. click on this link: http://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/league-view/baseball/4p/standings
My first thought is to do my draft by e-mail instead of a draft day.
I'd like everyone to get their favorite or second-favorite player from their team. Let's say I get Ryan Howard. I would skip the next round and pick my second-round player at the end of the draft. If I can't get Howard, then I would pick Jayson Werth. Someone like Jimmy Rollins or Shane Victorino would not cause a forfeit of picks.
I thought Werth should be free, but rationally, I am crazy? Werth had 36 knocks and 99 RBI in 2009 and is on a contract year in 2010.
Oh, oh, TMI. That's a freebie. But you gotta know that kind of stuff to win in fantasy.
Fair enough?
Go to CBSSports.com for more details on my league or the real leagues for real money. Now here is the sweet part of the deal:
