Fedor Emelianenko is the greatest MMA fighter and dominate the last decade of MMA sports.

There was many fighters to try to beat him wrestlers, K1 fighters, BJJ fighters or other sambo fighters but they all failed.

But what was the reason, why this man couldnt be beaten in MMA??

1. The first and one of the most important reason is that they always underrated Fedor Emelianenko. Fedor Emelianenko has the anti Tyson Effect and not the Tyson effect. You have to practice fighting with sambofighters in you preparation before the fedor fight.

And before you fight fedor you have to make this three special fights.

1. the first fight have to be against a very good ground fighter with great submission game. If you beat this guy than you know how you can avoid his ground game.

2. In the second fight the second fighter  has to be a very good and fast stand up fighter specially a k1 fighter or a good boxing guy because fedor not use his legs in stand up fight.

The guy has to have one punch knock out power. if you beat this guy than you can avoid to be kock out  against good stand up fighter.

3. you third and last fight before fedor have to be worldclass fighter who can fight on the ground and has good stand up like Shogun Rua or Dos Santos. If you win this three fights you are really good prepared to fight Fedor.

This three fights have to come one after the other close to the fedor fight.

For example first fight against a BJJ guy with great and fast submission like  Renzo Graci and good wrestling.  The second fight against a k1 fighter like Badr Hari than the third against Shogun Rua or Dos Santos. And very important a sparring with Alexander Povetkin. This boxer use the same left hook like fedor and has the same fast boxing like Fedor. Povetkin boxing is better but he has not the knock out power of Fedor but he can hit more combinations. So if you train with him you have a very good preparation for Fedor.

Resume: If you have enough money in your management  and you team can organize you this three fights and sparring with Povetkin than you have very good chance to beat Fedor if you  been  talented like Valesquez  or Dos Santos. You have to be skilled but not very experienced when you make this program than you are in one and half year perfect prepared for the fedor fight.

This preparation program dont guarantee you a victory but make you winning chance much bigger.
