WWE Censors Austin on Raw, Bret Tricks Vince

Monday night on Raw, Steve Austin hosted and brought some of his usual style to the show.

Steve left out his trademark middle finger salute on Monday due to WWE's new PG direction.  Austin was definitely limited as to what he could say, and that made the rattlesnake look a little lame.

Austin used the word ass three times throughout the night, and each time WWE censored him.  Really WWE?  You had a shirt that said "F$CK FEAR" and you censor "ass"?

I know that they don't want to give kids the wrong impression, but come on.  Other TV-PG shows have said ass in the past and they will in the future.

It is expected that Austin will have a foul mouth, that is part of what made him famous.  I just hope that they don't do the same on PPV's.

In other Raw happenings, Bret Hart showed Vince Mcmahon that he still has a few tricks up his sleeve.

Bret limped down to the ring for their contract signing in a cast with a crutch.  Vince came down with his trademark strut, and the two faced off.

Bret was lucky enough to have Austin there because Austin respects what his father had done for the business.

Austin made Vince agree to put Stu Hart in the hall of fame as part of his guest hosting decisions for the night.  Vince agreed because this means the whole Hart clan will be able to witness Bret get beaten.

Austin left the ring and brought Vince's attention to the ramp.  While Vince had his back turned Bret removed his cast and placed it on the table.

Bret then proceeded to get up and show the world that his leg was never broken exclaiming, "It's a good thing John Cena knows a guy in the stunt industry."

He then proceeded to dish out a little justice by whacking Vince with the cast twice, leaving the chairman of the board prone in the ring.  Bret's reaction was huge from the crowd and everybody in attendance, and watching on TV, knew that this will lead to a great match at Mania.

The new stipulation to the match is that it is no DQ, which will allow Bret to perform with more intensity while allowing him to not take too many bumps.

I for one am looking forward to Wrestlemania and the match that has been in the making for almost 13 years.
