Why Hulk Hogan Will Be the Demise of TNA

Ever since Hulk Hogan has come into TNA things have been going downhill.

Before Hogan came in, you had Foley and Jarrett running things, TNA was on Thursday nights, World Elite was starting to become a top heel stable, they still had all their knockouts, and all their wrestlers were being used in some way or another.

All was good in TNA.

Then Hogan comes in, and the s**t hits the fan! All the knockouts start getting released. Some wrestlers aren’t getting used correctly, or if all.

He brings in a bunch of drug addicts like Scott Hall, Sean Waltman, and Jeff Hardy. At least Hardy can wrestle though. Hall and Waltman these days couldn’t wrestle themselves out of a paper bag.

I recently just watched the new Shawn Michaels DVD, My Journey . There is one part where Shawn is talking about back when Hogan was in WWE, and they were having an angle.

Shawn was saying how originally, the angle was going to be that he wanted to know if he could beat Hulk Hogan. Him and Hogan do a few tag team matches together, and then go on to face each other in a singles match at the next PPV.

But Hogan didn't want to do it that way, so instead they had Shawn superkick Hogan, thus turning him heel.

Then the WWE kept telling Shawn, we want the Shawn Michaels from 1997, we want the attitude. And Michaels was like no you don't, it's gonna cause problems Terry isn't gonna like it, so on and so forth.

After pressing him and pressing him, Michaels finally gave in. They then increased the promos, and Michaels was asking Hogan every week if he was okay with everything?

To his face it was "no problem brother" but then Hogan would go and do an interview, and complain about Michaels, and question his faith, things of that nature.

Michaels then said "that's how Hogan does business, which is everything's got to be political."

Michaels said he had to carry the entire angle by himself because Hogan was off doing his reality show, that if Hogan had a problem with the way things were going. Then he should help him.

Show up to Raw, do something. Michaels then was saying, doing business with Terry is, and then he stumbled around for a minute, then said, "Like Bruce Prichard would say, that's how Terry does business."

For those of you who don't know, Terry is Hogan's real name. So if that's how Hogan does things, you can only imagine what he is doing to TNA.

We already know a little bit of what’s going on, bringing in the has been boys, I mean the Nasty Boys, destroying the X Division, moving the show from Thursday to Monday in order to go to war with WWE, along with the things I mentioned above.

All this spells nothing but doom for TNA and their superstars, so good job Dixie Carter, you injected poison into your company and now your gonna pay for it.
