LaDainian Tomlinson has officially gone green and decided to sign with the New York Jets.

According to a tweet by ESPN's Adam Schefter, Tomlinson signed a two-year deal with the Jets and will share the backfield with Shonne Greene and Leon Washington this upcoming season.

Tomlinson's addition makes the Jets extremely dangerous not only in the AFC East, but in the entire AFC Conference now.

Greene broke onto the scene during the last half of the 2009 season and during the Jet's playoff run, and he looks to be the main ball carrier, but Tomlinson's experience adds a new dimension to help mentor both the young runners.

The Jets already made a splash in free agency acquiring Antonio Cromartie from the Chargers to add to their already potent defense.

Now Tomlinson makes the Jets offense explosive and aids in helping with the growth and development of quarterback Mark Sanchez.

Look out Patriots, Colts, Chargers, and the rest of the AFC.

The Jets are looking to win big and win now.
