Conclusion

There is absolutely nothing Ohio State is lacking in the backfield. What one guy lacks, another guy has If one guy gets hurt, or academically ineligible guess what? There are six other talented running backs to take his place. That is if either Roderick Smith or Carlos Hyde do not red shirt, which is a possibility, but I just don't see either of them doing so. Think of the Ohio State running game as an onion. It has many layers of depth and is equally good inside and out. I wouldn't be surprised if the Buckeyes compiled over 2,000 yards rushing when it's all said and done. There's just that much talent!!!
