Cowboys-Giants: Take Your Picks

When these two teams met in Week One, the Cowboys came out with a 45-35 victory.

Tony Romo threw for four TDs, one INT, and 345 yards passing.

Eli Manning also threw four TDs and one INT, but had 312 yards passing.

We know the matchups, so let's pick the winner by position...

Eli Manning vs. Tony Romo

Eli Manning may be missing one of his main targets in Plaxico Burress. If Burress is a no go, Amani Toomer will get more catches.

Look for Manning to throw three TDs. 

The Giants' secondary will have to focus on T.O., which will mean more looks for Patrick Crayton and Jason Whitten.

Romo will throw three TDs in this game as well.

Terrell Owens vs. Plaxico Burress

If Burress does play, he'll be hobbled by an ankle injury. He didn't practice Thursday, and is questionable for Sunday.

Look for Owens to have at least 100 yards receiving in this game.

Jeremy Shockey vs. Jason Whitten

Two tough tight ends, both known for pounding the ball through even if they lose their helmets. 

Pick: Shockey, who's quickness and athletic ability give him an edge

Cowboys' Offensive Line vs. Giants' Defense

The offensive line of the Dallas Cowboys must keep the pressure off Tony Romo and prevent him from getting sacked.

The Giants defense started this season off slowly, but Michael Strahan and Osi Umenyiora have been outstanding during the team's six-game winning streak.

The Giants have given up only 25 points per game, which is good for seventh in the league.

The Giants should be able to stop the running back tandem of Marion Barber and Julius Jones, and put plenty of pressure on Tony Romo.

Brandon Jacobs vs. Marion Barber

Neither team will have much success running the ball in this game.

This matchup will come down to the wire, but the Cowboys should prevail on a game-winning FG from Nick Folk
