The Real Future Face Of WWE

As of late, I have been wondering who will be the next man to become the face of WWE after the "John Cena Age" wears out, even with the kids. There have been many people stating that a young star, like CM Punk, John Morrison, or Ted Dibiase will take over once Cena is done.

However, there is one man who people forget is even younger than punk and morrison. Oh yeah, and the guy has a pretty good reputation too. How about a 6 time world champion, royal rumble winner, ic champion, and tag team champion?

Yes, the man I am talking about is Randy Orton. The more I have seen him lately, I have been assuring myself that in this upcoming decade, Orton will finally take the center stage, but not to main event, but to take over WWE like Cena, Austin, Warrior, and Hogan before him. As of late, Orton has been getting the popularity from the fans with his feud with legacy, when i'm pretty sure he's being booked to be the heel. This just shows how really over Orton could go.

If you really think about it, Orton has not only what the past faces of the WWE had, but alot more. First, he has his finisher the RKO. This is currently the most potenitally great move in the WWE, because like the stunner, it strikes at any time with little preparation, quickly comes out of the mouth, (unlike Miz's skull crushing finale) and look pretty damn cool.

When you talk about gimmicks, Orton not only has a good one, but has two good ones. If he ever turns face, he could stick with his viper gimmick and use it just like Edge is using his 'Rated R' gimmick right now, go back to his "age of orton" gimmick, which is my favorite, and will probably be the one he will return to. That gimmick just screams out Face of WWE.

Look wise, Orton is pretty much at the top already. He look like a Wrestler, dresses like a Wrestler, and unlike MVP, has a gimmick that centers around wrestling. His mic skills aren't the best, but they are close to great, and has had many great feuds, such as the one he had with HHH. Even though the match wasn't great, it had one of the best build ups in a while.

And by getting crowd reaction, Orton has no equal. As a heel, he gets as much heat as any other wrestler today, and doesn't even have to be a babyface to get cheers, just look at him now. Everyone knows once he turns face, Cena and Trips better watch out, because he'll take the spotlight by storm.
