NBA Fantasy Basketball Box Score Breakouts: Feb. 26

Ryan LesterFeb 27, 2010

Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.

JaVale McGee, Washington Wizards

McGee had 18 points, 10 rebounds, and five blocks. Of course, it did come against the Knicks.

Jarrett Jack, Toronto Raptors

Jack had 24 points last night. He’s averaging 20.8 over his last four games.

Delonte West, Cleveland Cavaliers

West had 15 points on Friday night. He’s too inconsistent and volatile to rely on.

Jerryd Bayless, Portland Trail Blazers

Bayless had 15 points last night, but with Brandon Roy back in the lineup, you can’t count on the young guard.

Hakim Warrick, Chicago Bulls

Warrick had 15 points, four rebounds, and three assists. He’s been in double figures for all but one game for the Bulls. He’s useful in daily leagues.

Jason Maxiell, Detroit Pistons

Maxiell had 16 points and eight rebounds. He had 14 and eight on Wednesday. Monitor him.

Drew Gooden, Los Angeles Clippers

Gooden had 15 points and nine rebounds. He’s averaging 15.0 and 10.3 for the Clippers.

Travis Outlaw, Los Angeles Clipppers

Outlaw had 18 points as he continues to shake the rust off. He could have some fantasy value given the Clippers’ lack of talent.

Craig Smith, Los Angeles Clippers

Smith had 16 points, but he’s not someone I’d concern myself with.

Grant Hill, Phoenix Suns

Hill had 18 points, six rebounds, and six assists. He’s been playing well of late.

Robin Lopez, Phoenix Suns

Lopez had 30 points and 12 rebounds. The Clippers just don’t have a force on defense since trading Camby.

Channing Frye, Phoenix Suns

Frye had 15 points last night. He’s only useful in daily leagues, though.

Marcus Thornton, New Orleans Hornets

Thornton had 18 points and seven rebounds. He’s back.
