More Changes, Please, Mr. Wilson
The start of the 2010 National Football League is starting with the NFL Combine where the fresh crop of college football players get to strut their stuff in front of the scouts.
It's a huge draft for the Buffalo Bills and hopefully owner Ralph Wilson and new head coach will finally listen and make some huge changes.
The first priority is a quarterback. When Chan Gailey said that Trent Edwards has a "50-50" chance of being the Bills' starting quarterback, it just sent a tingle down my spine. After it exited my foot, I screamed out NOOOOOOO!

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
I don't care about Michael Vick's past. He paid his debt to society and if the tough Eagles' fans accepted him last season, get him on board in Buffalo. He's available and he'll come to the Bills for a low draft pick. The Bills NEED A QUARTERBACK. Who better than Michael Vick...Donovan McNabb? (I'd take him too).
Sure, Michael Vick comes with some baggage, but didn't Terrell Owens? Owens was more than a model citizen in Buffalo and I really hope the Bills will consider bringing him back. Ralph, do to hear me???
Then, in the draft, I'd love to see Jimmy Clausson of Notre Dame get drafted by Buffalo at the ninth pick. He could be an understudy for two years then step into the starting role.
But what good is a quarterback with a horrible offensive line? Eric Wood and Adam Levitre were top picks in 2009 and represented themselves well. But they need more help. Jeff Hamgartner is good at center...we need tackles. Spend the $$$$ Ralph...but do your homework, No Langston Walker, Tuten Reyes, etc.
Trade Marshawn Lynch...Fred Jackson is the starter. Brian Westbrook or LaDamlian Tomlinson would sure compliment Jackson well.
The defense....looking OK but linebackers are needed. The Bills ended up by playing a safety at linebacker.
Kicking game....best in the business. No changes.
So Mr. Wilson, you puled the trigger on getting Chan Gailey. Now, open up the wallet and go on a shopping spree. It's an uncapped year and with the new tiicket prices, please spend it on players that are going to produce.
Get me a quarterback that is established (not a Rob Johnson), trade Lynch, draft a quarterback, get me two solid offensive linemen and a linebacker and I will be happy.
Am I asking too much. Probably so.
