John Henry's Ride-Boston's Historic Run
Listen my Nation and ye shall hear the time honored hoofbeat of Paul Revere; echoing strongly on down Yawkey Way to the fabled crown jewel where our own Red Sox play. A franchise left wandering for decades of fans, now stands at the ready from John Henry's plans.
Where once ill timed theories left seasons in tatters; our Red Sox compete for the riches that matter. Once known as a franchise that lost games with charm, John set out to retool both Fenway and farm.
The big sticks sold tickets by hitting the ball up off and over the famed left field wall. One base if by line drive, and two if by gap, had long kept this franchise in the Green Monster's trap.

Yankees Call Up 6'7" Prospect 📈
For when the long season returned to the cold, the Red Sox stopped hitting, so the story was told. With pitching comprised of more fatback than pork, the titles would slip down the coast to New York.
John Henry came in with his eye on the ball, and rebuilt the franchise to win in the fall. He did it with pitching and defense and speed, and a team first agenda devoid of the greed.
He searched the world over and brought in new faces; mining for talent in exotic places. The fan base arose buying in to his plan; momentum was changing for this once also ran.
He added new seating, new talent, and class; he even revised how the team cut the grass. Sabermetrics replaced the old long ball display, so the team could now win when both home and away.
Erasing 86 years of our baseball frustration, he gave birth to a group we now call Red Sox Nation. With charities, and concerts, and racing and more, New Englanders rejoiced from the hills to the shore.
With two titles in tow we begin a new season, our hopes have been lifted; John Henry's the reason. So we hoist up our glasses with great Red Sox cheer, To Henry ! To Henry ! Our new Paul Revere !
