WWE Needs To Evolve As Soon As Possible

Hello, pals, I’m back. I have been watching WWE for almost seven years now, and I have to admit that the WWE is not the same ever-interesting, surprising and adrenalin-pumping business it used to be.

I mean, the WWE standards are going down every year and if the WWE officials don’t fix this then in the next 10 years we might just have to say that the WWE is history. I mean, compare the WWE you saw in 2002-03 to the WWE you see now. I bet none of you can say that it has improved rather its standard has gone down for the worst.

It’s about time that the WWE concentrate more on producing good quality matches rather than looking for quantity, i.e. look to develop better and interesting story lines rather than concentrating on getting a sitcom started or looking to get a WWE channel. I am not saying that it will not be beneficial, but I will say that it is not the need of the hour.

The WWE should make this year as the year of revolution and look to change things completely like they did way back in 2002 when they had this draft to make superstars brand exclusive and even had their name changed.

I’m not saying that they need to do that again but there are many things the WWE can do this year to make it like a whole new business which will help because a new and interesting product is sure to be well received cherished upon in the initial years.

• The Draft- The WWE should look forward to make full use of the draft to start the renaissance of this industry. They should mix superstars in such a way that all the superstars in one brand possibly have not wrestled with each other before. This will solve the biggest problem of stale and outdated story lines. They should also look to put guys like CENA and HBK on the SD brand and swap them for EDGE and TAKER on the RAW brand for instance.
• Build New Main Eventers- Let’s accept it, guys like Trips, Taker, HBK, Jericho, Batista are not going to be around in the next five years. The WWE needs to start preparing guys for the future so that later on the transition takes place with ease and it helps fight the criticism which the WWE gets for repeating storey lines over and over and over...again.
•  Scrap The Guest Host Method- The guest hosts are doing nothing but coming on the show to promote their own movies, sitcoms, albums, matches etc. The WWE should probably have some former superstar fill in as G.M like Austin did in 2003. They will add a whole new dimension to the show and involve them in story lines as well. This will help boost ratings and make the show interesting.

• Provide Impetus To Secondary Titles As Well- The WWE should concentrate on secondary titles as well. US, IC, Unified Tag Team Titles should be provided more impetus. The WWE should insure that the whole episode is not consumed due to a story line involving the major titles. This will help in making the show interesting.

• Proper Utilization of Superstars– The WWE should work like a unit which ensures all superstars on it’s roster are well utilized so that it will boost the morale of the guys to perform well in the ring and prevents talent from being wasted.

• Have longer story lines- WWE should have longer story lines as they make more sense. By having a feud go on for more than say three to four months helps make things more intense and also adds a lot of hype to the match which is exactly what the WWE want in the first place.

• Have Dominating Stables on All The Brands- Stables make things more interesting on the show and add a dramatic tinge to a story line if it involves a stable beating up a face and adds more hype and tension which makes feuds more enjoyable.

So if the WWE decides to do these things in this year, I can grantee that those days will be back again when almost the entire world went mad on hearing about the WWE and thought that the WWE could never do anything wrong. What do you guys think will my opinion help??? Please comment.
