Tampa Bay Buccaneers Coaching Staff: Who Dat?

I don't know about you, but I think that there's something about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' coaching staff that is incredibly unimpressive.

I was perusing some names that the Buccaneers were gracious enough to email and felt like a New Orleans Saints fan, as in:

WHO DAT?

Yeah, I've heard of Alex Van Pelt. I'm ancient enough to remember his playing days at Pitt. He was pretty good considering he broke Dan Marino's passing yardage record and was later drafted late by the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Eric Yarber? Who Dat?

Jimmy Lake? Who Dat?

Chris Mosley? Who Dat?

Tim Berbenich? Who Dat?

Jay Kaiser? Who Dat?

Who are these masked men?

What we do know is that Raheem "The Dream" Morris is back as his own defensive coordinator.

Yeah, Greg Olsen's back.

The problem is that no one with a job wanted to come to Tampa, and it's simple to see why. We'll let future Hall of Famer Derrick Brooks explain:

"All the coaches are obviously on one-year deals," Brooks observed recently.

And that's the fact, Jack.

No one wants to work for Raheem, who could be gone after this coming 2010 season.

So there you have it.

Still, looking over this email and staring at the names, I can't help but ask:

WHO DEY?
