NFL Conference Championship Predictions: Who Goes To Miami?

On Saturday night, New Orleans will be a heck of a place to be. Then you can sleep in until 1 or 2 p.m. Sunday, then go to the game. Priceless.

Meanwhile, some old bearded guy is trying to disrupt the party. The Vikings dismembered the Cowboys, who were playing the best football in the league besides—cough—San Diego.

I will go with the Vikings on Sunday. Brett Favre is having the best season of his life, at 40. Older, but perceptively wiser. See touchdown-to-interception ratio.

Drew Brees' offense is formidable, but the Vikings defense against the run should be very good. The pass rush and pressure on Brees will be absolutely key. If Brees gets comfortable, look out.

This is a very tough game to call, and New Orleans was the best team most of the season. The Vikings are 0-4 in the Super Bowl. The Saints are 0-0. Who will go?

We will know on Sunday, but I'm thinking Brett Favre has a Disney World commercial lined up.

Oh, by the way, these guys are playing for the chance to beat Peyton Manning in the Super Bowl. The Jets are not going to the Super Bowl. No way, no how, nowhere.
